Local Designer on "Flip That House"

Maryam Odabaee, Founder of RED Home Design & Staging, was selected from hundreds of prospective designers for a challenging interior/exterior design of a 1929 bungalow for the popular TLC show, “Flip That House”.

Maryam assisted "Flip That House" co-hosts, Brian and Laine, in implementing cost-effective design ideas to enhance and improve the space plan and flow of the 1,100sq. foot home. "It was one of the most exciting projects that I’ve worked on,” says Maryam. "It was important to provide beautiful design solutions at a range of price points. This gave my clients the opportunity to see a variety of options."

After weeks of unexpected structural challenges, Maryam Odabaee created a “road map” enthusiastically embraced by Lain and Brian that met both their design objectives and budget.

The "Flip That House" episode highlighting the design expertise of local expert, Maryam Odabaee, aired in August 2008 on the TLC Network.

"Flip That House" focuses on Real Estate investors who take the most rundown houses and over the course of a few weeks transform them into gorgeous profitable properties.

"Flip That House" is a reality show about real estate investors across the countries that buy properties, re-model them, and sell them for a profit.
