A type of real estate investment strategy in which an investor purchases properties with the goal of reselling them for a profit. Profit is generated either through the price appreciation that occurs as a result of a hot housing market and/or from renovations and capital improvements.

Services include:

* Consultation/Walk through of the property:

Walk through the property with the property owner and discuss what needs to be done.
Provide an extensive detailed report of items/areas discussed during the walk-through.

* Design/Product Consultation:

Products, materials & paint colors will be suggested to use for the property to maximize the visual appearance as well as gaining the most value for the property.
*Work closely with the contractor(s) to identify and prioritize the areas/spaces that needs most work.
*Recommend products, show samples of items that fit best the property and the overall structure of the house .
